DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUND & RETURN POLICY

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Carter Cre8tive Studio sells digital products, including printable planners, trackers, workbooks, guides, templates, digital downloads, and other downloadable resources.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all sales of digital products are generally final once the digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Accidental purchases
Failure to read the product description before purchasing
Purchasing the wrong digital product
Incompatibility with software or devices when product requirements were provided
Products that have already been downloaded or accessed

However, we want our customers to receive the products they purchased. If you experience a technical problem with your download, receive an incorrect file, receive a corrupted file, or are unable to access your purchase, please contact us so we can assist you.

DUPLICATE PURCHASES

If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital product more than once, please contact us. Duplicate-purchase refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR INACCESSIBLE FILES

If a digital file is corrupted, incomplete, incorrect, or inaccessible, please contact us with your order information and a description of the problem.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

If Carter Cre8tive Studio offers physical products now or in the future, return and refund eligibility for those products may differ from this digital product policy. Any applicable return terms will be provided with the product listing or at the time of purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

Digital orders generally cannot be canceled after the digital product has been delivered or made available for download.
